He is survived by: his wife Virginia Twyman Lillard; his daughters, Karen Lillard Pattie (Sam) of Brightwood, VA and Lisa Lillard Prohoniak of Fairfax, VA; his grandchildren, Lori Pattie Mintzer (Lou) of Fairfax, VA, Ashley Pattie Bigler (Devin) of Charlotesville, VA, Mark Prohoniak (Jessica) of Las Vegas, NV and Michael Prohonial (Tara) of Leesburg, VA; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Rae Mintzer, Louis Charles Mintzer III, Lily Elka Bigler, Nala Eva Bigler and Michael Stephen Prohoniak, Jr..
