He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mae Banks of Madison; his children, Anthony Jasper (Dana) of Madison, Jonathan Jasper (Alexis) of Madison, Jordan Jasper (Katlin) of Madison, Tracey Shifflett of Charlottesville, Latasha Shifflett of Charlottesville and Davanna Truitt (Dylan) of Locust Grove; his siblings, Timothy Banks (Doreen) of Charlottesville, Teresa Banks of Madison, Mattie Payne of Madison, Janet Frye (William) of Ruckersville and Karen Marriner (David) of South Hill; and his aunt Annabelle Hill of Barboursville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, numerous cousins, step siblings, extended family.
