He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Amos Daniel and Ashby Daniel; and his daughter-in-law Kaci Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Daniel; his children, Scott Daniel, Brian Daniel (Heather) and Laura Daniel; his grandchildren, Emillee Coman (Robbie), Blake, Landen and Baylor; his sister Julie Daniel-Fox (Gene); and his nephew Grayson Fox.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hebron Lutheran Church (899 Blankenbaker Rd, Madison, VA 22727). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Hebron Cemetery (899 Blankenbaker Rd, Madison, VA 22727).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hebron Lutheran Church, the Madison County Fair, or Hospice of the Piedmont.
