He is survived by: his children, David Earl Shifflett (Judith) and Patty Ann Rogers; his grandchildren, Jennifer Evans (Jesse), Tommy Lillard, James Lillard, Ashley Childress (Casey) and Samantha Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Peter, Juliana, Isabella, Milo, Jacob and Asher.
