She is survived by: her daughters, Teri Mills (Steve) of Fredericksburg, Wendy Brown (Willie) of Asheville, N. C., Tina Horner of Fredericksburg and Cindy Jasper (Danny) of Madison; her grandchildren, Brittany Kyser, Steven Mills, Toby Brown, Lacy Brown, Devin Horner, Kyle Horner, Dannielle Jasper and Amanda Jasper; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Horner and Xeniya Horner; her close friend Daniel Cave; and her siblings, William Lloyd and Sarah Lowe.
