He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Russell Fair and Margaret Mae Hewitt; and his siblings, Janice Fair and Ernie Fair. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; and his daughters, Tiffany Johnson, Robin Mecler (Steve) and Wendy Kline (Stewart). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
