With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Breeden Sims (Madison, Virginia), who passed away on January 17, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tiny Burnette Breeden and Garnett Durrer Breeden. She is survived by: her siblings, Gayle Collier, Alan Breeden (Joyce Ann) and Jerry Breeden (Sue Ellen); her close friend Roger Estes; her children, Yancy Sims and Angel Sims (Carl Chadziutko); and her aunt Mary Jean Dickens. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends.
