Allen (Rachel); his sisters-in-law, Valerie Allen, Betty Allen and Anne Allen; his children, David B. Allen (Kristen), Shan L. Allen, Vince L. Allen (Suzanne), Rob Williams and Susan Williams; and his grandchildren, Drew T. Allen, Matt S. Allen, Autumn G. Allen, Ashlynne L. Williams, Raegan D. Williams and Aidan J. Franklin.
