He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Lester Hurst, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Faye Trent Hurst; his children, Connie Hurst Papke (John) of Brightwood, Paige Hurst Mitchell (Deve) of Madison, Roxanne Hurst Coffey of Herndon and Joseph Edward Hurst (Amy) of Madison; and his grandchildren, Trent Papke (Liv), Brittney, Brian Frick, Jake Royston, Corey (Gabrielle Fox), Cierra Scott, Jonathan Scott, Lillie Hurst, Logan Hurst and Ethan Hurst. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
