He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Willie Mae Weaver and Lucio E. Weaver; his wife Dana Weaver; his children, Chrissy Ryder, Jordan Ryder (Jasmyn) and Aireonna Weaver; his siblings, Robin Weaver, Troy Weaver, William Weaver (Martha) and Kellie Weaver; his sister-in-law Ann Lee (Jerome); and his grandchildren, Jace, Aubrielle, Juliana and Alaia.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Preddy Funeral Home Chapel (59 Edgewood School Ln, Madison, VA 22727).
