He is survived by: his wife Frances Kloker Lacy; his sons, Alan Lacy (Melanie) and Mark Lacy; his grandchildren, William Maxwell Lacy, Cassity Elizabeth Lacy and Christine Kennedy Babbin; his sister Alice Ann Ford (Tommy); his niece Lacy Ann Henshaw; and his nephew Tom Will Ford.
