She was predeceased by: her spouse Ashland Eades Jr. (Lightning); her parents, Earl Parrish and Violet Didlake; and her siblings, William Parrish (Buck) and Ann Bowles.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Eades (Heather) and Cherie Harris (Mike); her grandchildren, Brandon Eades (Madalyn), Ashley, Shelley and Blake Harris; and her sisters, Brenda Denton (David) and Betty Martinez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home (11020 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthews United Methodist Church (1706 St Matthews Ln, Richmond, VA 23233).
