Virginia Faudree Nuckols Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Faudree Nuckols of Manakin, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roggie E. Nuckols; and her son Thomas E. Nuckols. She is survived by: her children, Peggy N. Jones (Junior), Charles R. Nuckols (Jean), Shirley N. Johnson (V. L.), Jerry R. Nuckols (Barbara) and Emett A. Nuckols (Elaine); her brother Frank Faudree; her friend Dr. Bambi Gladfelter; and also, Patricia, Charlene, Katrice and Carrie. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home (11020 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthews United Methodist Church (1706 St Matthews Ln, Richmond, VA 23233).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Centerville Fire and Rescue Squad Company #3.
