He was predeceased by : his parents, Elbert Miller and Hazel Fetzer Miller. He is survived by : his wife Louise Nicholson-Miller; his sons, Michael Miller and Charles E. Miller of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandson Eric M. Miller; his great grandchild Maddox D. Miller of Dilliner, PA.; his sisters, Joan Wolfrey of Manassas, VA. and Rita Beckwith (Robert) of Manassas, VA.; and his sister-in-law Linda Miller of Manassas, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
