It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Becky Dowell (Manassas, Virginia), born in Moneta, Virginia, who passed away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Peter Davis; her husband Walter Frederick Dowell, Jr.; her daughter Mary Beth; and her brother P. D.. She is survived by: her children, Walter Frederick Dowell, III (Terri), Leigh Anne Dowell Rhoads (David) and Susan Ewing (Charles); her grandchildren, Melissa Bankert, Becky Kent, Holland Rhoads and Cecelia Rhoads; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob Kent, Eleanor and Virginia Rhoads.
