She was predeceased by: her mother Pauline Harrell; her grandparents, Elizabeth Riddle Harrell and Charles Rufus Harrell; her husband Donald James Wagner Sr.; and her daughter Donna Wagner Walters.
She is survived by: her brother Billy Jo Lambert (Joyce Alverson); and her children, Sharon Wagner Crews (Clark Crews), Alex Wagner (Debbie Garrison), Donald James Wagner Jr., Jeffrey Alan Wagner Sr. and Tamara Wagner Skeen (Ricky Skeen Sr.). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (9280 Old Dumfries Rd, Catlett, VA 20119).
