She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Lequar (Lance Lequar) and Kimberly Mantiply; her grandchildren, Skylar, Cameron and Savannah; her great grandchildren, Brody and Emerson; and her siblings, Becky, Randy, Ricky and Eddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
