He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Morton and Helen Morton; his children, Patricia Stewart, Tracey Davis and Carl Davis, Jr.; his child-in-law Courtney Stewart; his grandchildren, Quentin Davis, Monjir Rajah, Jr., Erika d'Almeida, Amanda Rajah, Dominique Davis, Laureen Daniels, Courtney Mickens, Bianca Queen, Josiah Davis and Micah Davis; and his former wife Shirley Davis.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dale City Christian Church (14022 Lindendale Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22193). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
