He is survived by: his wife Dorsey Lilley; his daughter Dr. Laura Lilley (Piper Rose); his brothers, William S. Lilley and Rex Neil Lilley; his stepchildren, Timothy and Denise Tubiello; his grandchildren, Sabrina, Kevin Giltz, Katherine, Luke Lavoy and Cassandra Tubiello; and his pets, Sara, Max and Ellie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Springhill Memory Gardens (27260 Ocean Gateway, Hebron, MD 21830).
