He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benjamin Hanford and Iva Smith Hanford; his wife Mary Beth Hanford; and his siblings, Tom Hanford and Lorraine Leahy.
He is survived by: his sons, Shon T. Hanford (Sarah) of Parkville, MD and Troy D. Hanford (Brooke) of Stafford, VA; his siblings, Sandie Phillips and Jim Hanford; and his grandchildren, Kayla Lawrence, Kayden Hanford, Dean TenBroeck, Austin, Caroline and Natalie Hanford.
