He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Tutko and John Tutko of Yonkers; and his wife Sara Jane "Janie" Tutko of Manassas. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Tutko of Alexandria, VA and Matt (Nikki Tutko) of Manassas, VA; his grandchildren, Faith Tutko and Gage Tutko of Manassas, VA; and his sister Rita Muller of Westchester, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; sister and brother-in-laws.
