She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Carl Michalek; and her siblings, Robert, Earl, Roger Hart, Carl Hart, Beaulah Peery and Jan Whitenack.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Verjinski (Rich), Susan Covington, Frank Michalek Jr. (Jhenny) and Scott Michalek (Lou); and her siblings, Aubrey Hart (Janet), James Hart (Nora), Randall Hart (Bobbi), Joy Hatcher and Elaine Jones. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
