He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Ray Mullins and Marie Senter Cullen. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Walker (Brett) of Warrenton, Jason Mullins of Centreville, Brandon Mullins of Manassas and Ashley Lacey (Ryan) of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Austin, Tatum, Jayla, Campbell, Jackson, Lincoln, Makenzie, Kennedy and Kylie; his sister Phyllis; his niece Michelle; and his great-nieces, Makayla and Marquee. He is also survived by cousins and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Darrell to the Purple Heart Foundation.
