With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Datta Ibe of Manassas, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Datta farewell, let us not mourn the absence of their physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of their spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Datta is not truly gone, but merely transformed, their energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ames Funeral Home (8914 Quarry Rd, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Bright View Cemetery (8265 Lunsford Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187).
