He is survived by: his parents, Terry Smith Allen and David Leon Daniel; his stepparents, Nancy Daniel and Gary Allen; his brother Derek Nankivell (Brooke); his stepbrothers, Kenny Allen and Kevin Allen; and his nieces, Lila and Henley Nankivell.
