He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Douglas "Bouf" Esten and Mildred Mary "Bun" Esten. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Esten and Victoria Jones; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Nathaniel, Laura and Charlotte; and his pets, David, Uila and Laka.
