She is survived by: her husband Mario Pérez; her children, Adam Pérez, Sabrina Pérez Williams (Travis Williams) and Summer Pérez; her grandchildren, Clarke, Hattie, Albert, Ivy Pérez, Juliet, Gideon and Rosemary Williams; her parents, William Condie and Marian Condie; her siblings, Paul Condie, Roxanne Graham and Felicia Smith; and her son Alex Clarke (Maggie Pérez).
