It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Franklin Rust (Manassas, Virginia), born in Arlington, Virginia, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Andrew Rust and Christine McClelland (Michael); his grandson Landon McClelland; his mother Kathryn Whitestone; and his aunt Lena Judy.
