He is survived by: his parents, Debra James and Jocy Mingo; his stepfather Percy James; his siblings, Eric McDowell and Kim; his children, Marcel Mingo and Hailey Mingo; his grandparents, Shirley Shields, William Shields and James McDowell; and his wife Angela Mingo. He is also survived by his family, friends.
