He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Jerome Parker and Manola Bourbon Parker; his wife Sara Suzanne Parker; and his sister Diane Barbara Supley of Herndon, VA. He was also cherished by 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
