He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mcintosh; his children, Tim Keyes (Jodi) of Rhode Island, Cindy (Rick Marsden) of Ohio and Robin (Ralph Blevins) of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Josh Keyes of Rhode Island and Kayla Blevins of Virginia.
