He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Javier and Louise Javier; his son Kenneth Eugene Javier; and his siblings, Jane Louise Javier and Raymond Asby Javier.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia L. Javier.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
