We are sad to announce that, on March 28, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Evelyn Marshall of Manassas, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morrison and Mabel Morrison; her husband Frank Marshall; her close friend Charles Kulp; and her daughters, Penny Winstead (Charles) and Joan Marshall.

She is survived by: her sons, Troy Marshall (Nikki) and Bill Marshall (Karen); and her grandchildren, Charles Winstead III (Elisabeth), Melanie DeCesare (Robert), Michael Marshall (Amanda), Jennifer Winstead, Jonathan Winstead (Michelle), Troy Marshall II, Matthew Marshall (Kimberly) and Allison Zanelotti (Patrick). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her church, Wesleyan United Methodist Church PO Box 241 Calverton, VA 20138.

They were the perfect match not only for their love of aviation but also for love and enjoyment of life. Now they are together again for eternity along with other loved ones who departed this life before them. We miss them both!”
