He is survived by: his children, Dale John Garrigan of Manassas, Angela Diane Garrigan of King George, Ashley Marie Riley (Ted) of Manassas and Amanda Lynn Bergeron (William) of Stafford; and his sisters, Marcia Lee McKendrick (Ron) of Sheboygan and Carla Wendt (Chuck) of Rhinelander. He is also survived by his wife of 59 years and four children.
