He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Pat and Nannie Lou Miller; and his siblings, Leda Jesse, Mary Lou Buell, Patsy Jennings, Glenda Jean Miller, Connie Jo Miller Jordan, Virgil J. Miller and Roger Dale Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Robinette; his children, Franklin D. Miller, Jr. (Stephanie) and LeeAnn Miller Carte (James); his grandchildren, Meghan Imber (Alan), Hannah Miller and David J. Carte; and his siblings, Darnell Miller Boff, Judy Miller, Carroll Smith, Sheran Hughes, Sue Young, Richard P. Miller, Jr. and Carl Jeffrey Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
