He is survived by: his wife Evelia; his children, Anie Polastre, Shevonne Polastre and Geordanie Polastre; his grandchildren, Kamryn, Ethan, Kayla, Cebastian, Isabelle, Yapfhet and Jaziel; his great grandchild Giovanni; and his brother Osvaldo Polastre.
