In loving memory of Helen Lenora Brooks (Manassas, Virginia), who departed this world on September 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Helen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Brooks (Bill); and her sister Margaret Anygal. She is survived by: her children, Susan Burke (Desmond) and William Brooks Jr. (Donna); her grandchildren, Ian Brooks, Tommy Brooks (Aspen), Toni Brooks and Amber LaBounty; her siblings, Oscar Harris (Sue), Robert Harris (Joyce), Mary James (David) and William Harris; Cade Brooks and Clint Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
