It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Bankie Wright (Manassas, Virginia), who passed away on April 14, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Howard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Howard Wright (Cheryl), Richard Carlton Wright, Donna Leigh Wright-Duffer (Bryan) and Michael Howard Wright; and his sisters, Mary Lee Melton and Linda Mansfield. He is also survived by his four children listed above, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
His favorite charities were Tunnel 2 Towers, ASPCA, and St Jude Children's Research Hospital if you would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers.
