He is survived by: his wife Carol Malone; his daughters, Lori A. Foster of Manassas, VA and Brenda K. Foster of Manassas Park, VA; his son-in-law David J. Michael; his granddaughter Melody K. Michael of Manassas Park; and his siblings, Aneta Farris of Philippi, WV, Patti Dobbins (James) of Simpson, WV, Edith Starkey (Gary) of Astor, WV and Roger Foster (Ethel) of Galloway, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
