She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Teague and Horace Teague; and her husband Dick Crompton. She is survived by: her son James Todd Crompton; her stepdaughter Sherry Callahan; her sister Mary Bowman; and her nieces and nephews, Susan Clontz, Joe Teague Jr., Amy Braswell, Rhonda Reinhardt, Ann Reece, Lex Teague, Shannon Reese, Dawn Teague, Chris, Dicky, Kelly, Scott and Greg Jones. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Thomas United Methodist Church in Manassas (see the link below), or that you honor Janie by performing an act of kindness for someone in need.
