He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Bivins Chamblin and John D. Chamblin, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Alex (Alyssa); his wife Marcia; his granddaughter Parker; his stepdaughters, Jennifer and Melissa Allison; his grandchildren, Daniel, Isabella, Karly, Dillon, Toni Christina, Isaah and Messiah; his siblings, Virginia Chamblin Grochowski (John), Anne Chamblin Byrne (Butch) and Randolph Chamblin (Erika); his nieces, Alexandra Byrne, Virginia Byrne, Isabel Chamblin and Sarah Chamblin; and his nephew Benjamin Byrne.
