“Annette, Heather & Sarah, it is with great sadness that I extend my sympathy to you in the loss of your husband & father, the 5th-born of my generation, 1 of 21 grandchildren. I grew up with John & several others, all close as siblings. I remember sleepovers at John’s home in Jamaica Plain, MA. After the VA move, we met at family events. John’s smile was for all. He will be missed by many, but never forgotten, especially by his extended family “up north”.”
