He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rutherford and Patricia Logan Rutherford. He is survived by: his wife Dede; his brother Robert Rutherford; his niece Amanda Rutherford; and his cousins, Maggie Clare, Jennifer Haydon, Mary Burks, Alex Clare, Nathan, Lauren and Ryan Burks.
