He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Mitchell and Doris Esteppe Vincent; his wife Karen Drago Mitchell of Manassas, VA; his children, Jennifer Mitchell Boycourt (Kevin Boycourt) of Stephens City, VA, John Robert Mitchell III, Kill, Christopher Barrett Drago (Meaghan R. Drago) of Manassas, VA and Matthew Michael Drago of Manassas, VA.; his granddaughter McKinley Eileen Boycourt; his brothers, Edwin Mitchell (Penny Mitchell), Kevin Mitchell (Terri Mitchell) and Douglas Mitchell (Laura Mitchell); his mother-in-law Mary Jane Barrett (Ginny); his uncle Thomas Esteppe (Tommy); and his aunt Charlotte Esteppe. He was also cherished by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
