He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Sophie Waybright Pre. He is survived by: his wife Cora; his children, James C. Lunsford (Susie Lunsford) and Elizabeth A. Higgins (Randy Higgins); his grandchildren, Caroline Lunsford Schultz, Mary Waybright, John Lunsford and Sarah Counts; his great grandchildren, Colson Waybright, James and Catherine Lunsford; and his parents, Patricia Lunsford Erno and Kate Lunsford.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the American Legion, Post 10 (9950 Cockrell Rd, Manassas, VA 20110).
