He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Clark Spitler, Jr. and Jeanne Basgier Spitler of Manassas; and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith; his brothers, Clark and David; his sister-in-law Trisha; and his children, Hallie and Matteo.
