Visitation will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Christian Church (8310 Plantation Ln, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
Interment to follow at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA, at 2:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to a charity of your choice in Joe's memory or a donation to his church, New Hope Christian Church.
