Horstkamp; his children, Carl J. Horstkamp (Kristy), Carolyn J. Crawford (Greg), Laura E. Cullinane (Luke) and John M. Horstkamp; and his siblings, Mary Esau, Kathy Beach (Dave) and William Horstkamp. He is also survived by grandchildren, and two precious great-grandchildren.
