It is with sadness that the passing of Kelly Paul O'Connell of Manassas, Virginia is shared. Kelly, born on January 16, 1982, passed away on August 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Kelly will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Kelly by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Kelly is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Kelly’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his parents, Janine Marie Louise Biscardo and Kevin Paul O'Connell; his wife Nancy Mietus; his brothers, Joseph Biscardo (Sarah) and Jordan P. Biscardo (Linda); and his nephews, Jordan R. Biscardo, Anthony Biscardo, Roman Biscardo and Cassian Biscardo.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 9350 Main St, Manassas, VA 20110.
