He is survived by: his husband Phil; his son Paul; his wife Leslie Oakes; his children, Brent Oakes and Alise Neis (Phil); his grandson Paul Neis; his siblings, Bonnie Davis (Dave), David Oakes (Shery), Dwayne Oakes, Brian Oakes (Vicki), Nancy Wenger and Laurie Keltner; his parent-in-law Lowell Collins; his brother-in-law Doug Collins; and also, Alise and Catherine Collins.
